Our goal is to build an agency of empowered and enthusiastic professionals, unified by our mission to simply help businesses do better business.

We encourage our staff to be curious about the world, passionate about forging strong relationships and eager to make a lasting impact for clients, the agency and themselves.

Our internal training and development programme creates opportunities and new learning avenues and we actively encourage staff to have a voice when it comes to shaping their careers.

We are flexible; recognising that we work to live and not the other way around. We take wellbeing seriously. Lunchtime yoga sessions and mindfulness training are just some of the ways we remember to take a breath. We come together to support fundraising efforts, sports endeavours, and hobbies.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is incredibly important to the life and culture of MCE. At the heart of all that we do is the desire to make a difference to our community, our people and the environment around us by being a more responsible, engaged and respectful business.

Our four pillars of CSR are employee wellbeing, volunteering, fundraising and sustainability. Through these we are committed to making a positive impact on society in Northern Ireland through charitable fundraising activities; volunteering our time, skills, and expertise; respecting the environment and adopting sustainable practices; and by creating a positive workplace environment.
